Product Description: A non-drying, moisturizing texture that applies lightly to the lips and provides vibrant color. Switch to a sheer lip tint with Peripera's new Water Bear Tint instead of a moody matte lipstick. Contains 40% purified water to provide a moist finish. You can create a bold effect by layering the formula several times.

Product usage: Apply directly to lips using the brush tip.
