How to use the product: First apply to clean eyelids. To use the tip side, hold the icon horizontally. Apply starting from the inner corner of the eye along the upper lash line and working outward. Draw a thin line from the tip of your upper lash line to the tip of your eyebrow (line 1). To create a more dramatic wing shape, draw 2 lines starting from the inner corner of the eyelid until they meet the end of line 1. Fill the triangle. For best results, store product horizontally.
