Product Description: Gel eyeliner that applies smoothly and does not smudge. Finish with a neon or metallic look. Lasts up to 16 hours. Waterproof. Soft plastic material liner that can be peeled off. A product approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as suitable for use around the eyes. Shockwave Eyeliner You may be shocked the moment you apply it, so sit down and test it out. It is painted with incredibly deep coloring on a creamy pigment and adheres perfectly for up to 16 hours. Create a playful style with the bright, pops of the Neon Collection, and accentuate your eyes with the shimmering yet sensual matte metallics of the Metallic Collection. You can always create sophisticated eye lines by sharpening a soft plastic pencil with a regular sharpener. Create a bold style.

How to use the product: Apply from the front of the eye to the outer corner of the eye, keeping the pencil close to the lash line. To create a smudge effect for the eyeliner, use a smudge brush and blend before the liner hardens. Shave as needed.

Ingredients: Methyltrimethicone, polyethylene, trimethylsiloxysilicate, octyldodecanol, ozokerite, synthetic fluorophlogopite, acrylate/dimethicone copolymer, disteadimonium hectorite, propylene carbonate, Pentaerythrityltetra-di-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate. May contain: Manganese violet (CI77742), titanium dioxide (CI77891), ultramarine (CI77007).
