Product Description: Matte Flat Velvet Lipstick comes in 26 bold shades that are rich in color and full of moisture. Contains shea butter to moisturize your lips and applies softly and smoothly, so it feels as good as it looks!

How to use the product: Starting from the center of the lips, apply from the upper lip to the lower lip, moving left and right. Apply as much as desired.
