This is a great natural way to do it. Raw Materials: It has been buried deep in the Earth, perfectly preserved, on the Permian seafloor for over 300 million years.

Product usage: Dissolve 5-6 tablespoons for a foot bath or 10-12 tablespoons for a full-body bath in warm water (38-41°C). Bath water should not be too hot, which prevents magnesium from being absorbed into the skin. Recommended bath time is 20 to 30 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week, or more often if needed.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride flakes, organic lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) oil, organic cedar (Cedrus atlantica) oil. No preservatives, colors or artificial flavors.
