Oukitel RT1 Tablet, Tablet Android 11, 10.1" Screen

At first it worked, but after a few hours it crashed, and it couldn't even be turned off. I've reset the tablet up to two times (even with the factory settings), and the same thing happens again. It's frozen and I can't even turn it off. I need it checked or replaced as soon as possible because it's not working, and I'd have to use it. Now it only has one application loaded, which is the one I need to use. On this date 21/05/2025 they have not answered me and I need to use the tablet I want to return it and exchange it for a working one. They already tell me how I have to proceed As of today, May 23, 2025, no one has contacted me yet. I find it disgraceful that they don't even answer me to try to solve the problem. I bought the tablet to use it immediately and you can see how I am without a tablet and without news. 05/24/2025 I still can't contact Joom or "Support" through the instructions they send me I also cannot contact customer service Today is the last day that apparently I could have solved my problem with the tablet I haven't been able to do anything either, so I'm considering it lost. And no one has contacted me
