I love the songs in this album and I love the album itself. My cousin is a big moa so she influenced me with TXT. I absolutely love their music and I decided to buy this album. 2/3 of them were in really good condition and soo amazing. It came with all the inclusions. However, this did take a while to come which I did expect but this came later than all my other parcels. Also 1/3 of my albums, one is damaged. I did expect one to come damaged due to seeing several reviews but the cover also came damaged which I did not expect. I have contacting customer services and I am just waiting for a reply. Otherwise I recommend but always record yourself unboxing in case you have the same issue as me

SAVIOR ver. (No Benefit)

Took some time to arrive, but that’s my general experience using this website. (Ordered at the beginning of January and received at the beginning of February) Both the outer box and photobook’s plastic cover were slightly damaged, but I wouldn’t say that it was the store’s fault. Looking at reviews of the Saviour version at other stores, rips are common due to the packaging. Regardless of that, everything is as it’s supposed to be! :) I pulled Beomgyu for the photocard (my favourite of the cards in saviour!!), and Yeonjun for the ice pick card. Everything was packaged securely, so I would definitely recommend this store! 🩷

Sadly all of the corners of the album were ripped and damaged. The package it was shipped in was not damaged at all, so the article was already damaged before it was shipped. Shipping out damaged items shoulnd‘t happen in my opinion, there should be a better quality control of the items. Also customer support wasn‘t helpful, they only offered my a discount code of 10%, which they didn‘t even send me in the end. Very disappointing.

My video was to make sure I had everything. I'm in love ❤️ (coincidence it being a lover album) with this album. The concept is amazing and there are thankfully no damages. Recommend this to everyone. Got my bias (taehyun) as one of my pulls!!! Was extremely happy
