This is a fast on/off test relay that can indicate the overall health and function of the most common automotive relays. The tester will check whether the relay contacts are working properly by connecting the car battery (11V-15V) to the relay coil. The tester will observe the pin configuration, contact closure and disconnection time, and relay consistency during each testing process. If all pass during the testing process, the tester will light up the green LED. If not, the red LED will light up.
Usage:
1. Connect the power cord to the car battery - black alligator clip negative terminal, red alligator clip positive terminal.
2.When the LED lights up in red, the tester is powered on.
3.Before inserting the tester, please check the relay. If it is a 4-pin relay, select "4-pin" on the tester. If it is a 5-pin relay, please select "5-pin" on the top

4. Insert the relay into one of the three sockets.
5. Press the "TEST" button.
6. The detector will check the pin configuration of the unknown relay. If the relays that are not connected to the tester are not the same, the red LED will light up and the pins of the ordinary car relay or unknown relay will be damaged.
7. Testing
Open and close the relay 10 times to test the time to reach the contact point
If the pin configuration of the relay is correct, turn it off and on.
If the time expires, the tester will immediately light up the red LED.
8.After the testing time, the tester will check the consistency of the relay
Close and open the contacts ten times. The tester will light up the green LED. If the test passes, if it fails, the red LED will light up.
9. Disconnect the power cord of the car battery and remove the relay from the tester.
