Works well but only USB-A is output, has microUSB and typeC but those only charge the device and do not output current. Strange, I though USB typeC would also be able to charge other devices but guess not

The device works, for testing I installed one battery, it charges itself and charges the phone, shows percentages. In general, everything is in order.

Inserted batteries, it accepts charge and charges the phone. Shows the charge level. Corresponds to the description.
