Horrible customer service! I only received the mortar (bowl) piece. No pestal. Mortar without pestal does me no good. I reported this to Joom. Nothing happened. Now the conversation string with Joom has disappeared, so I have no way to contact them about the missing part of my order. BUYER BEWARE! I'm hoping Joom will dislike this review and get me the missing item. UPDATE 4/7/19: Joom didn't get me the missing piece, but they did refund my money. Raising 1 star to 4 since Joom isn't the seller who messed up.
