Domestically produced products, handmade one by one by craftsmen at a factory in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture

It was created by pursuing "how to cook well, quickly, and easily, and how to create dishes that make the most of the flavor and nutrition of the ingredients."
Why rice cooked in a waterless pot is delicious
The origin of the waterless pot is the "hagama" (a type of pot used in hearths in the past), and its shape was used as a hint for its design. The lid is also heavy, and just like the wooden lid of a hagama, the lid and body do not let steam escape, and the inside is kept at a uniform high temperature (water seal effect), which further accelerates the gelatinization of rice starch (when starch is heated with water, it becomes sticky and soft) and allows for fluffy, delicious rice to be cooked.
