Very many highs, the ear pads do not help. There are no mid frequencies at all. The left speaker fell apart when changing the ear pads. Look for headphones with FM radio. The sound quality is excellent.

Very good ear phone!!! Perfect for running! But the part that goes around the ears is hard, and would be better more rubbery
