1. Perform a dry massage procedure with a massage brush. The procedure is performed with direct strokes and circular movements, rubbing from the bottom up, along the lines of the lymph flow.
Start the massage on your feet, gradually work your way up.. Work your thighs and buttocks in a circular motion, relieve the pressure in the abdomen and chest area.
Rub your back in straight movements, from the lower back and above.
Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively.
At the end of the procedure, massage your arms and shoulders with light sliding movements.
After dry massage, you need to take a contrast shower to wash off the particles of the epidermis and cool the skin.
