Will edit the review once I try it Upd: They don't work at all, left the patch on for 12 hours and after taking it off the acne only seemed to get bigger. Would not buy again.

Very thin. You can cover the wound as much as possible so as not to irritate even more. Inflammation is not alleviated. Even on my olive skin tone, they look strange, because they are semi-transparent. Maybe it will be better on whiter skin.
