Hello, the original Braun knife hangs in the housing provided for this purpose. The knife delivered with the grid does not lock in its housing? consequence during operation the vibrations of the knife eject the grid. I checked the length of the rod (Braun 7.22 delivered 6.36) and I found a difference of 0.86 mm which explains it. I am therefore requesting either a refund or a replacement conforming to the original Braun razor. THANKS
The replacement blade is not able to hold the additionally supplied cutting head, so I have to use my old cutting head. I will send back the one sent to me. Return to you. When trying to attach the shaving head with the blade united to my razor, the blade unfortunately broken. Kind regards Manfred Steinert
