Looks and feels great to the touch. The size was also a perfect match, which I appreciate a lot! My bed just got cozier. The pillow was nicely and safely wrapped and it arrived as per the estimated timeline. Thank you!

Positive: The packaging size was very small, as the Air was removed from the pillow. Very elaborately packaged in sewn (!) foil. The pillow looks rather squishy and not so plump and firm like in the pictures. The color is not "white" but more of a "cream". Seen before.... I would have bought it 3x for that price considered.

The pillow was delivered after 4 weeks. Been back and forth to Hong Kong twice. The quality is a lot worse than what you expect from the photo: fragile fabric, soft filling.” The “wedge” does not provide any support in the lower back. There are two large buttons in the middle of the pillow. The fabric is torn at both buttons. Worthless product. I wouldn't buy it for a dollar at a flea market. Unfortunately paid 41 euros. Pathetic.
