The silicone is too thin, the form is flimsy, doesn't keep it's shape. It has to be firmer to be used properly They seem nice for making glazed pieces of cottage cheese and micro cheesecakes. Maybe they do have a use, just not fo very liquidy stuff, more for solid or jelly like materials
