I received the hand vacuum cleaner on 05.01.2024. From the outside, the package was intact, when opening it, it turned out that one edge of the box was slightly pressed in. I assembled the device according to the instructions and charged it with a USB cable. The red signal light did not go out, even after 4 hours it did not start working. There was a soft rustle. What should I do, the device is not working, should I send it back to you and to what address? Is there a repair shop in Estonia that "JOOM" accepts to do the inspection here? Otherwise, please return the costs incurred to me in the amount of EUR 53. Best regards, Eerik Parts. PS No photos were taken, as there are no external injuries.
