For face: mix 1 tablespoon clay, 1 tablespoon water or apple cider vinegar. Apply the mixture in a thick, even layer.. Wash off with warm water after 10-15 minutes. Use the mask 1-2 times a week. Cleanse skin and apply moisturizer and oil before use (e.g. rosehip oil or jojoba oil).

For removing toxins: dilute 100 g of clay in 1 liter of water, pour the mixture into a bath with water and lie down for 20 minutes. If after bathing the clay remains on the skin, gently wipe it off with a washcloth.
