I'm 173cm tall and dress size 50. I ordered 3XL and it fits. In terms of length, it fits if you wear shoes without high heels. Quality is okay. However, the dress does have an odor of its own. It is also NOT WHITE, but rather Ivory/Cream - Photo 2 - on the left the dress - on the right is the white tulle petticoat for comparison!
