Very disappointing and unprofessional. Seller did not tell the post that i had already paid online the VAT so i had to pay it again twice, Apart from not delivering at my door and leaving it at a post hub making travel long way with car to get this parcel. I want a refund of the extra money i had to pay!!!!!!
