🔪 Handmade Stainless Steel Boning Knife 🔪 Brand: JYI Kitchenware ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is one of my favorite brands in Joom. It is a handmade knife. It is very sharp, I cut my finger while washing it 😩. I liked the design itself. The knife has a good weight, also does the handle 👍 Handle is made of wood. It has a hanging hole which is pretty useful. The knife has a finger hole to give a bit more force to the knife if needed. There are two options: with finger hole and no hole. *Boning knives have long, thin, flexible blades with a sharp tip to make piercing meat easier and safer. The blade is designed to cut through ligaments and connective tissue to remove raw meat from the bone. The whole length of the knife is 27 cm. The length of the blade is 14 cm. Thickness of the blade is 1,5mm. The width of the blade is 3,5 cm. The length of the handle is 13 cm The knife has a plastic tip cover to protect it's sharpness and secures it. The knife was sharp but there was black paint 🎨 on it and did no realise that this paint continued in the Handel. The hanging eye lit was also painted black the width of the back of the knife was 1.5mm. Now do not get upset I put the knife in the bin. I just did not like the idea of vegetables touching black paint or the weakness of the back of the knife.

Great quality knife! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made of stainless steel with a wooden handle. Super ❤️ Arrived in a month at home. Well packed. Sharp blade. I advise!
