925 Sterling Silver Jewelry AAA Zircon Charm Ring

This ring is supposed to be silver 925 and it turned copper. This is the third ring that this has happened to me and they say silver. Not sure why it's a silver when it's not but I'm getting a little frustrated with thinking I'm getting one thing and now getting another. I've been a shopper for a long time now and I've never had any problems before until now with the jewelry that's supposed to be silver changing on me. Thank you for your quick assistance
