This item is not working at all. I am very disappointed as I ordered this item twice. I received the first item without a cable and after I made my claim for a full refund it was approved although I had to write more than once ad initially I was not refunded the full expense. This second time when I attach this item to my laptop it is not being recognised at all. I have my doubts whether it is a fenuine item
