Textured Floor-length Dress ISSA Plus

The dress is indeed lovely. But, unfortunately, it took long to be delivered as it was stopped by customs. Today I collected it from the post office but had to pay a further €13 for it. So actually I ended up paying more for it than the price (including VAT) that I had been originally charged. And this is happening to all products coming from outside Europe. A pity, really, because there are many great products. I know this is not Joom’s fault, but one must realize that these products end up costing more than the price advertised.

The dress is of high quality, but the seller got the wrong size...
