The pants sit on the hips, where they almost have the specified measurements. The cuff is located directly above it, the width of which corresponds to the waist circumference. That means you can hardly get them over your butt and certainly not closed. Even if it did fit, I wouldn't have been able to get it easily because it doesn't have any buttonholes. These are indicated, but not present. Otherwise it would be a nice pair of pants, great fabric. But I guess this size fits a maximum of an EU 36, maybe smaller. A pity.
It's not even the first or second time that's happened, I'm really disappointed. It does not correspond to the number I ordered, nor did I order 3 sizes higher and the size that fits me arrived. Now I have to keep the shorts even though they don't fit me and I'm out of money too. 😡
