I like the sharp rectangular shape, this is what makes this ring unique. It's hard to find such sharp edged rings. The main stone is made of 5A zircon. There are 5 colors for the gemstone: Blue (mine is blue), red, pink, emerald, black and Catawba (?! Actually it shows light blue color with Catawba name. I think there is a mistake because Catawba color is between brownish red). My suggestion would be just following the image not the name itself. It is made of 925 Sterling silver. Measure your ring's radius from inside and look for the size chart to order the right size. It comes with it's own box, so you can order it as a gift.
