Ordered the same product for the second time. Satisfied with the brush ordered initially. But this one is not functioning properly: On/Off button not holding. Needs to be kept pressed.

The battery was not available in the product and I found the box open... Why didn't you send me a new box with a new battery as in the pictures!!
