The product took a long time to arrive but it did arrive within a month. Therefore, I can trust Joom. The product looks similar to the one in the picture, it came with a very tiny dent on the edge. I thought it won't fit on my desk because I have side drawers to my right. However, it is okay, since it can move side to side while attached. It will support your elbow at different angles. The quality of the armrest, while looks good, I wouldn't be able to tell right now. I would have to wait a little bit longer before I comment on the quality, but it looks good. Thanks, Joom.
