Adjustable AC To DC 3V 9V 12V 24V Universal Power Adapter Supply Display Screen Power Switching

The variable voltage goes from a minimum of 3.79 to a maximum of 12.3V. The displayed output voltage is useful but there is a latency. The maximum voltage is reached at 55% of the dial range. I would have liked more granularity of the output, especially on the lower voltages. I wanted this device to test low voltage LEDs (2.5-3V) and I doubt that it will be useful.

1. The adapter works, and indicated voltages are pretty close to what my multimeter shows (slightly lower than the multimeter) 2. The regulator handle doesn't let you set voltages below 3.5 or 3.4 volts. 3. Middle position of the handle corresponds to the max voltage, going past that doesn't increase the voltage.
