I received an incomplete item it is supposed to hold 30 keys but only take 6 keys as there are some missing parts

The key bone is a fine thing. Meanwhile, I have to say that the screws are just too short. After three days of use, the 2mm long screws loosen and the bone falls apart. I then fixed them with super glue.
