Once I received the product and opened it the body part of the necklace automatically broke off from the head of the necklace. I’m not going to return it for I should have known buying a $1 necklace from an unknown site would mean that the quality would be below average.

The wee panda is pretty cute. What spoils it is the chain which looks like a bath plug chain. Awful. I bought this as a gift for someone. Will have to purchase a chain now. Annoying

Received pkg. Charm was nicely padded inside package. Panda was very pretty. Head and body move separately. Necklace included chain.
