This is a masterpiece VERTECH by American AVOCET released in 1996.This watch is known to have been designed by famous industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa in 1989 when he was a member of IDEO, and it has been reevaluated in recent years, and the price has also increased. At that time, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, professionals were actually using this model in MTB races.AVOCET's main business was selling bicycle saddles and accessories, so it's only natural.Personally, I think this is one of the watches that best suits old MTBs, and is an item that stands out in general outdoor scenes such as camping and mountain climbing.I've been looking for them for the past five years, including different colors, but the reality is that I can't find anything in good condition. Many of the used watches on the market are in poor condition, with bands stretched out or scratches on the watch surface, but this one is made in the USA and is an unused dead stock item, so it is of the highest quality.
