On 17.02.21 I have received a text message on my phone from DPD Romania stating that the parcel will be delivered on 18.02.21. I have waited all day long for the delivery. As no information was available about the delivery I have sent a complaint to DPD Romania. The answer was that the parcel will be delivered starting with 19.02.21. No excuse, no details. I have called by phone and DPD Romania told me that there is no guarantee that the parcel will be delivered on 19.02.21.
Only today, looking in their site I have found out why. The parcel was mentioned on the cargo manifest to be transported from DPD Bulgaria to DPD Romania on 17.02.21, but actually it was forgotten in SOFIA Bulgaria. This is why DPD Romania could not tell me if and when the parcel will be delivered. Luckily, the parcel was found in Sofia and sent on 18.02.21.
Even today I had to call again to find out that the delivery will be between 14:00 and 15:00 hours. The courier called only when being in front of my house. So I lost two days waiting for the delivery.
This is lousy shipping, false information and bad attitude.
To be honest, I thought it will arrive much later, but they surprised me...positively ☺️. Case looks very nice...stitches are made very well and 'interior' are very soft! It is made from some 'fleese looks like' material and it is very comfortable for touch...I hope my navigation will be well preserved inside 😁
