1) After washing your feet cleanly, cut the foot sheet with scissors and separate each sheet. 2) Wrap the sticker band attached to the sheet around your ankle and secure it. 3) After 30 minutes, remove the foot sheet and wash your feet cleanly with lukewarm water. 4) Do not forcefully peel off the dead skin cells on your feet as they will naturally peel off after about 4 to 6 days. 5) Dead skin cells and calluses will be naturally removed, leaving your feet soft and smooth.
