How to use: Rub the product with the enclosed applicator and gently pat it into your skin. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. How to protect yourself from the sun: Regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to protect yourself from the sun: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months, consult your doctor. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating.
