How to use the product: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. If swimming or sweating, use waterproof sunscreen. Reapply at least every two hours. Method of sun protection: Sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher. Use regularly. Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat and sunglasses. Ages 6 months Infants: Consult physician.
