What it is, is a very lightweight, calming skin/toner that absorbs easily and gives your tired, dull skin a boost of energy with Cicaliao Ingredients. This toner works as an agent to provide a gentle swipe to eliminate leftover dirt and debris on your skin after cleansing, then calms and soothes your skin, with Centella Asiatica Extract, and Green Propolis providing an extra layer of comfort and moisture as well.

How to use After cleansing, apply some skin onto a cotton pad. Then wipe the moist cotton pad from the inside of your face toward the outside in a gentle motion. Also dab gently to absorb the skin/toner.
