The figure is dirty, it is not painted well and the hair is broken off. Overall, the thing looks shabby and that is not chic! It's a shame, my daughter was so happy that this doll even existed somewhere. Another experience, as I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it and we couldn't get it anywhere else, my daughter is keeping it. However, she will order from A......on again in the future
