EDIT: 2 hours later: I made myself a Vertical Labret after seeing it how it is done on youtube and I have done my earrings (in total 10) for years... it was easy for me, not as painful as I expected.
took the tweezers after marking where I want it, put on the gloves, took everything out the bags, afterwards some vaseline to take out the 14G needle with the piercing inside and you are done!
Is what I wanted but should be in pairs also outside of the single one
A very good product and it works great didn't even feel the pinch.
